The Situation
A holiday party mishap left a dinner-plate-sized red wine stain in the middle of a nearly new cream carpet. The homeowners had tried store-bought removers, which set the stain further.
What We Did
Applied a professional oxidizing pre-treatment to break down the tannins, then flushed the area with truck-mounted hot water extraction — twice — and groomed the pile to finish.
